Registered Nurse (RN) | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Location: Wadsworth, OH
- Pay Rate: $42/hour
- Position Type: Per Diem
- Care Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Shift Availability: 6:30AM-6:30PM, 6:30PM-6:30AM
Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for skilled nursing opportunities in Wadsworth, OH. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.

Responsibilities- Utilize EMR [Matrix] to record patients’ medical information and vital signs
- Assess resident health status and identify changes requiring clinical intervention
- Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
- Monitor resident outcomes and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Perform skilled nursing procedures within scope of practice and facility guidelines
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident responses in the medical record
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members as appropriate
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in skilled nursing
- Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
- Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
- Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Active and unencumbered OH RN License or Compact RN License
- Government-Issued Photo Passport
- CPR/BLS
- Tuberculosis (TB) Test
- Flu Vaccine (during Flu season)
- Covid-19 Vaccine (religious/medical exemptions accepted)
- Resume
- Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
- Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit
