Sanctuary Wadsworth is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide direct patient care under licensed supervision in a skilled nursing setting. The Weekend Warrior program offers 12‑hour shifts on Friday through Sunday, with a 36‑hour schedule paid as 40 hours.
You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health metrics, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment while documenting care and communicating changes to the nursing team.
