RXP Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a store in the Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer network.
As a sales manager, you will provide excellent customer service, sell products, oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage cash handling, and support the growth of the sales team.
Core Duties and Responsibilities- Sell products and services to new and existing customers.
- Meet current sales metrics.
- Adhere to all sales processes and procedures as established by region and corporate.
- Execute promotions and meet or exceed established sales goals within the District.
- Handle customer service issues.
- Monitor store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory level.
- Maintain store standards and appearance as established by the District Manager (DM).
- Provide data to DM and complete weekly reports as required.
- Be flexible to work at stores within District as needed.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Work independently in a retail storefront.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the DM.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years of relevant field experience may be substituted for every one (1) year of required academia.
- Strong sales skills.
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction daily while maintaining operations within a retail store environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, prioritizes tasks, works independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance.
- Availability to work early evenings and weekends.
- Willing and able to attend New Hire Orientation.
- Punctual and on time to all work related activities.
- Coachable and willing to apply techniques and knowledge.
- Provide an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience.
- Current on company communications, promotions & products (review all internal company emails daily).
- Willing to prospect customers via warm calls.
- Capable of adapting quickly to industry and company changes.
- Maintain minimum sales goals and expectations.
