This is a full‑time, hourly position with overtime available. The Store Assistant Manager will oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, training, and culture; leading by example; following all policy and procedures; and supporting team members at other nearby locations when needed.

• Oversee all aspects of store operations.
• Ensure safety, training, and culture of the team.
• Lead by example and enforce company policies 100% of the time.
• Support other store locations as needed.
• Develop and grow the team to become future leaders.

• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Prior experience in Domino’s or managing people.
• Minimum 18 years old and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Completed background check, eligible to work in the US, residing near the store location.

• Hourly pay with overtime; potential to earn up to $45,000 per year plus bonus.

• Flexible schedule with a full‑time commitment of 5 days per week, most weekends.
