Position

Product Specialist – Audi/Volkswagen. Responsibilities include maintaining the product catalog for Audi/Volkswagen vehicles, ideating, onboarding and merchandising new products and brands, and providing product support to customer‑facing teams. The role gathers customer insights from sales reps, forums and social sites to select compelling products and optimise the shopping experience across nine banners and 20+ in‑house brands.

Location:

Wadsworth, OH; meaningful travel required.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and act on feedback from forums, email marketing and social media to improve the customer experience by creating and maintaining a best‑in‑class product catalog for Audi/VW.
  • Partner with other product departments and Sales/Marketing to provide the best product offering.
  • Define clear sales expectations and cannibalization analysis for each product line considered for onboarding.
  • Write engaging and informative product detail page copy.
  • Set competitive pricing that follows vendor pricing rules.
  • Provide sales and after‑sales support for Audi/VW products.
  • Merchandise products attractively on the customer‑facing website with appropriate category locations and vehicle fitments.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of projected volume and partner with Stock & Procurement to secure adequate inventory.
  • Maintain existing Audi/VW product catalog across OEM, aftermarket and performance sectors.
What Success Looks Like
  • Create and maintain a best‑in‑class Audi/VW OEM, aftermarket and performance product catalog.
  • Become the lead Audi/VW phone and email support resource for customer‑facing teams.
  • Expand the product catalog across segments (OEM, aftermarket, performance).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams for new brands and product lines.
  • Demonstrate ownership of the Audi/VW product catalog.
  • Build win‑win partnerships with vendors.
