Seasonal Team Member

Seasonal Team Member - Einstein Bros. Bagels - Lakewood, Colorado (490 Wadsworth Blvd). The position is available for the summer season; hours vary based on business needs.

• Ensure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in.
• Promote the company and create a positive guest experience as a brand ambassador.
• Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of food and beverages.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment.

• At least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early hours as early as 3am, weekends, and business-dictated shifts.
• Multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or guest-service experience is a plus but not required.

• Hourly rate: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour (subject to local and state minimum wage regulations).
• Competitive base pay plus cash and credit-card tips.
• Flexible schedule, great for students.
• Potential to transition to a permanent role.

Employment is contingent on business needs and performance. Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
