• Omari Commercial — Large-scale design-build and construction management projects, including corporate headquarters, tenant fit-outs, building repositioning, industrial and complex commercial environments nationwide.
• Omari Design Build — Luxury residential custom homes and high-end renovations, with a focus on architectural detail, craftsmanship, and turnkey delivery.
• Omari Exteriors — Insurance restoration and exterior remodeling, guiding homeowners through the full claims and rebuild process with speed and precision.

• Uncapped commission structure with no income ceiling

• Run company-provided leads and meet with homeowners
• Conduct roof inspections and educate customers on roofing solutions
• Generate additional business through networking and self-sourcing efforts
• Present proposals and confidently close deals
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a high-quality experience
• Track leads, sales activity, and project updates within CRM systems

Our training system is designed to help motivated individuals become successful roofing sales professionals. You’ll work directly alongside experienced reps in the field, learning inspections, presentations, and closing techniques in real-world situations while building confidence and product knowledge.

• 1–2 years of in-home sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, or similar industries)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, self-motivated mindset
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record & your own vehicle
• Comfortable carrying a ladder and safely walking residential roofs
