We’re seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production operations through trouble shooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 2 pm-10 pm (Monday-Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 10 pm-6 am (Sunday-Thursday Night)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training in maintenance, electrical, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience industrial maintenance experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals accurately
• Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
• Physically cable of climbing ladders, working at heights, and operating in confined spaces while following safety procedures

Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment
• Maintain and service hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems (up to 480V)
• Conduct routine inspections and complete maintenance checks
• Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and plant procedures
• Support installation and improvement of machinery and processes
