Receiving Clerk/Truck Driver

Location:

Wadsworth, OH

We have an opening for a Receiving Clerk/Truck Driver in Wadsworth, OH.

  • Operate lift truck and pick‑up truck safely and efficiently
  • Make pickup and deliveries via company delivery truck
Main Responsibilities
  • Receive materials and process paperwork in the mainframe system.
  • Verify part numbers and purchase orders on packing slips.
  • Count or weigh items to confirm received quantities.
  • Maintain inventory and locators at the warehouse.
  • Report vehicle and equipment maintenance needs to supervisor.
  • Load and unload trucks of chips, solids, and finished goods safely.
  • Deliver inventory‑received items to correct locations.
  • Accurately transfer material for various areas and perform inventory transactions.
  • Follow OSHA compliance regulations.
  • Keep work area neat, clean, and organized using the 5S+Safety approach.
  • Perform safety checks at the beginning of each shift.
  • Initiate Lean processes and contribute to High Performance Team initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Work independently with little supervision.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification required to meet State, DOT, and Parker requirements.
  • Forklift and crane operator license.
  • Team‑player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use Parker’s online systems via computer.
  • Adaptability to prioritize and organize changing tasks.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
