IT Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an IT Technician to join their team. As an IT Technician, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting onsite end users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Technician

Location: Waggaman, LA

• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows-related issues on endpoint devices.
• Address basic network connectivity problems, including Wi‑Fi and printer connections.
• Prepare and deploy new computer images using tools like MDT, SCCM, or Intune.
• Provide Level 1 workplace support for end users onsite, including peripheral support.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately to Level 2 support to ensure operational continuity.

• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience diagnosing and resolving Windows 10/11 endpoint issues.
• Experience supporting basic network connectivity, such as resetting access points and troubleshooting Wi‑Fi issues.
• Ability to prepare, deploy, and configure new computer images, including driver installation and post‑image setup.
• Support for peripherals like monitors, docking stations, and meeting room equipment.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, including password resets and group membership checks.
