Fiberglass Technician​/Fiberglass Worker

TREO Staffing is currently seeking experienced Fiberglass Technicians to join our team. We are looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals with experience in fiberglass fabrication, repair, finishing, and installation. This position offers steady work, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work with a respected company in the marine and industrial industries.

• Lay out, cut, and install fiberglass materials
• Perform fiberglass repairs on boats, vessels, and industrial components
• Apply resins, gel coats, and other fiberglass material
• Sand, grind, buff, and finish fiberglass surfaces
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawing, and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Previous fiberglass experience preferred
• Experience in marine, shipyard bpat buildin, or industrial environment sis a plus
• Ability to use hand tools,power tools, grinders,and sanders
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and ability to report to work on time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
