Keep the work area clean, orderly, and compliant with safety procedures

What You Bring Hands-on fiberglass/FRP experience (preferred)
Experience in marine, shipyard, boat building, or industrial settings is a plus Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, grinders, and sanders

Accurate tape measure reading

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable transportation; punctual and dependable

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
