We're looking for a strong Plant Manager to lead operations at an air-cooled heat exchanger facility. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for production, quality, safety, and delivery-while driving continuous improvement across the plant.

What You'll Do

* Oversee all plant operations including fabrication, welding, assembly, testing, painting, and shipping

* Lead cross-functional teams across production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and logistics

* Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand and delivery timelines

* Monitor KPIs (productivity, quality, scrap, on-time delivery, labor efficiency) and drive performance improvements

* Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer expectations

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles

* Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety and operational excellence

* Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

What We're Looking For

* Strong experience leading manufacturing operations or plant management

* Background in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process optimization

* Experience managing production teams and hitting performance targets

* Knowledge of manufacturing processes including fabrication, welding, and assembly

* Strong leadership and decision-making skills

* Ability to track and improve KPIs across operations

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

* Experience in heat exchangers, pressure vessels, or heavy industrial manufacturing

* Six Sigma certification or advanced lean experience

* Background in quality assurance and operational excellence programs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wagoner, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $79.00/hr.
