About the Role:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Med-Surg department at Wagoner Community Hospital plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a Med-Surg setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
