About the role

Strategic Analytix is seeking a skilled Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA). As a DNEA you will evaluate target opportunities using all source data to understand and map target networks, and to assist in developing detailed exploitation and operations plans. You will also analyze SIGINT and cybersecurity data at multiple levels of the OSI network stack and bring a solid understanding of logical/physical IP core infrastructure, communication devices, and how they connect to networks, as well as the traffic movements within those networks.

  • Computer or information systems design, development, or analysis roles
  • Engineering hardware and/or software, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, and/or network and systems administration

  • Clearance Level: TS/SCI level clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph

    • AA degree + 4 years experience
    • B.A. degree + 2 years experience
  • Level 2:
    • AA + 7 years experience
    • B.A. + 5 years experience
    • Masters + 3 years experience
    • Doctorate + 2 years experience
  • Level 3:
    • AA + 10 years experience
    • B.A. + 8 years experience
    • Masters + 6 years experience
    • PhD + 4 years experience
  • Level 4:
    • AA + 13 years experience

Education & Training

Degree in Computer Science is required. A degree in related fields (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics) may be considered relevant if the program contains a concentration of courses in foundational CS areas: algorithms, computer architecture (not network architecture), programming methodologies and languages, data structures, logic and computation, and advanced mathematics (for example, calculus, discrete mathematics). Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) degrees may be considered relevant if the programs contain an amount and type of coursework equivalent to a Computer Science major.

Relevant certifications or training include (but are not limited to):
CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, CEH, JCAC course. Do not include mandatory annual NCS compliance training or short (less than one week) NCS courses.

Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course) may be considered toward the relevant experience requirement. For example, a 24‑week JCAC course may count as six months of experience. In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements; recent Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scores are required to substantiate proficiency level.

The total of all experience equivalencies is capped at half of the required years of experience.
