Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities;
Screen individuals entering the site by verifying identification and/or access authorization, directing visitors appropriately, and assisting with entry procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, monitoring for unusual activity, unsecured doors, and policy concerns;
Complete required reports and logs, communicate observations to management and site contacts, and follow escalation procedures
