Pioneer Ace Hardware, your local hardware store, is looking for a Delivery Driver to join our team. As a driver at Pioneer Ace Hardware, you will be an integral part of our community-focused brand.

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations
• Deliver merchandise to Pioneer Ace Hardware locations and customers throughout Oahu
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate mileage and delivery records
• Load, unload, and secure cargo safely
• Work with store teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Assist with store operations when delivery routes are completed, including:
• Product assembly (grills, wheelbarrows, etc.)
• Screen repair and assembly
• Key cutting and programming
• Assisting in Paint and Stihl departments
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification preferred)

Consistent full-time hours

Day shift schedule

Weekends off

Established local company with steady workload

Competitive pay: $28-$32 per hour

• Valid CDL Class A License
• Clean driving record
• Strong commitment to safety
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Customer service mindset and team-oriented approach
