In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our financial operations, ensuring smooth and accurate bookkeeping practices that support our dealership's success.
Responsibilities- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Process deposits
- Assist with vehicle inventory
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficient in accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
