Capturis - Refund Specialist

Overview

As a Refund Specialist, your primary responsibility lies in your ability to research credits and balances from utility providers to provide refunds to our clients. Working alongside the utility providers and your team members, this position allows you to serve as a meaningful component in providing the best experience possible for our clients. Keen attention to detail is crucial in this role, to ensure accuracy in documentation and reconciliation efforts.

As a Refunds Specialist, you will:

• Phone Usage:
  Medium (about 40% of your day)
• Work on closed accounts with refunds, as well as other types of accounts as needed
• Make a request to utility providers regarding a refund
• Research credits and balances
• Reconciliation of accounts as warranted
• Documentation of all communication had with utility providers
• Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities
• Meet current standard production and quality rate

• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Strong Computer Skills
• Committed to quickly learning and adapting to new computer software
