• Prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and obstacles
• Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment
• Assist with site preparation, grading, filling, and compacting soil
• Assemble and dismantle temporary structures, including scaffolding
• Perform job site cleanup throughout each project
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, lubrication, and safety inspections
• Follow project plans and supervisor instructions
• Travel occasionally to nearby job sites
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused
• Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team

• Previous construction or general labor experience
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• Forklift certification or operating experience
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Experience operating construction equipment
