As a Navy Combat Systems Analyst, you'll use your combat systems experience to support the development, testing, acquisition, and integration of ship combat systems. You’ll provide inputs and technical support on behalf of a Navy program office throughout all phases of the combat systems development lifecycle, including requirements development, system design, performance analysis, testing, systems of systems integration, sustainment, and logistics.

Work in a team environment with senior staff supporting combat systems development, acquisition, sustainment, logistics, and readiness assessments.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience working with combat systems, such as AEGIS or SSDS, for the DoD or U.S. Navy as a civilian, military personnel, or contractor

  • Experience with operations, sensors, and weapons system integration onboard U.S. Naval ships

  • Knowledge of the combat system software development life cycle

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with U.S. Navy platforms, combat and networked systems, surface and air-launched weapons, C4I, Sensor, and EW systems

  • Experience with NAVSEA and Naval Surface Warfare Center programs

  • Experience with Title 10 and Title 50 guiding principles and directives

  • Experience with over-the-horizon targeting and long-range fires

  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition and logistics policies and procedures

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, or an Engineering field preferred;
    Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, or an Engineering field a plus

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
