Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Non-Rotating)
The CNC Router Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of CNC routers to produce high-quality products that meet dimensional specifications. This role involves performing routine maintenance, ensuring proper tagging and packaging, and inspecting product quality.

Forklift Operator
- Perform proper startup and shutdown operations of CNC routers.
- Adjust controls and machine settings for specific patterns and ensure product remains within dimensional specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and determine necessary support maintenance.
- Ensure products are properly tagged and packaged.
- Inspect pieces for quality measures.
- Complete daily production paperwork neatly, accurately, and legibly.
- Load line with product and transport finished units to the appropriate warehouse location without damaging the product.
- Perform daily inspections on the forklift and complete proper paperwork for damage or repair requests.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisor and maintenance personnel.
- Promote a positive work attitude and team approach throughout the company.
- Comply with company policies and all safety rules and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of the manufacturing process as it relates to this position.
- Preferred background in agricultural or industrial settings.
- Proven mechanical skills.
- Knowledge of computer operations, specifically PLCs, is desired.
- Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders/stairs, bend, push, pull, and reach for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Excellent safety awareness for self and others.
- Good mechanical skills.
- Proficiency in operating PLC screens.
- Competent and safe operation of a forklift.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills including addition and subtraction of multiple numbers and fractions.
- Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16 of an inch.
- Accurate and neat printing skills.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
Manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery and equipment.
Requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
