Travel RN providing patient care on a 2:00 PM-10:30 PM shift in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Responsible for assessment, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Offers a consistent two-week rotating schedule and competitive hourly pay.
Key Responsibilities:Assess patients' health conditions and clinical needs
Develop and update individualized nursing care plans
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
Monitor vital signs, recognize changes, and report concerns
Document assessments, interventions, medications, and responses
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to coordinate care
Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications
Follow infection prevention procedures and clinical standards
Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient status
Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulations
Work independently while effectively collaborating with the healthcare team
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
Current RN license in Minnesota or qualifying multistate RN license under the Nurse Licensure Compact
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be required
Ability to provide documentation of nursing education and professional qualifications
Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in an appropriate clinical setting
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team
Flexibility to adapt to new environments, policies, and patient care procedures
Strong attention to detail and accurate clinical documentation
Ability to work the assigned PM shift and follow the rotating schedule, including every other weekend
Skills:
Travel nursing experience
Pay rate up to $58/hour
Overtime rate $58/hour
32 hours per week, every other weekend
No housing provided
You hold a current Minnesota RN license and BLS certification. You can work 2 PM-10:30 PM shifts, every other weekend. You have strong assessment, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
