What You’ll DoAs a BDC Rep, you’re the first impression of Vision Ford Lincoln. You’ll be the bridge between online customers and our in-store sales team.
- Engage customers via phone, text, and email
- Respond to internet leads and inbound inquiries
- Set high-quality appointments for our sales team
- Follow up relentlessly (and professionally) with customers
- Keep accurate notes and activity in the CRM
- Be a brand ambassador for Vision—positive, helpful, and sharp
- High daily outbound activity (calls, texts, emails)
- Consistent appointment-setting performance
- Clean CRM follow-through, information collection and entry, detail oriented
- Strong communication and energy
- Coachability and hunger to improve
- Competitive people who like to win
- Great communicators (confidence matters more than experience)
- Self-starters who don’t need babysitting
- Someone who wants real upward mobility, not a dead-end job
- Prior BDC, sales, hospitality, or call-center experience is a plus—but not required
