Overview

Security Officer – Concierge position at Garda World Security Services US in Wahpeton, ND. This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong focus on customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Schedule:

Part-time, Saturday and Sunday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Hourly wage: $18.94/hour. Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees.

Uniform provided at no cost. This role emphasizes building connections with visitors and ensuring both safety and service quality.

• Provide customer service by welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control and visitor screening as required.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks and report findings.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid if needed, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and provide information as needed.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• State license if required; valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
