Concrete Finisher & Laborer
Pay: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience)

In this role, you'll help build a variety of concrete structures by setting forms, installing reinforcement, pouring and finishing concrete, and supporting our construction crews on commercial and residential job sites. Most projects allow you to be home most nights

- $20–$30 per hour
, based on experience - Weekly pay

- Set and strip concrete forms
- Install rebar and other reinforcement materials
- Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete
- Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Assist with concrete placement, grading, and site preparation
- Measure and verify elevations and specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
- Clean, lubricate, and perform basic safety checks on equipment
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions
- Travel occasionally to nearby job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
- Ability to kneel, bend, stand, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow construction specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused
- Previous concrete finishing or concrete construction experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- Forklift certification
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Experience operating construction equipment
