Classification: Full Time
Shift: Varies: 7am - 3pm and/or 3pm - 11pm. Must be available to work 5 shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
Certification: Possession or ability to obtain a TB Clearance Certificate.
Hourly Wage Range: $23.11 - $25.67
Responsibilities:- Supervise utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary staff in transporting and cleaning utensils and service ware.
- Oversee cleaning of work areas and physical surroundings.
- Maintain inventory for food and beverage departments.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and equipment for functions.
- Schedule, assign work, train, and support team members.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance.
