Hilton Hotels - Up to $28.99/hour - - Responsibilities:
Prepare food items according to standard recipes to ensure consistency.;
Prepare cookies, pies, dough and other basic items; perform prep work for cakes, mousses, and plated desserts; organize and clean walk-in coolers/freezers.;
Store all food products in walk-in coolers/freezers and dry storage with proper dating, labeling, rotation; check expiration dates.;
Perform HACCP monitoring of temperatures and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.;
Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned and adhere to sanitation standards.
