Hilton Hotels - Up to $32.19/hour - - Responsibilities:
Maintain, set up, and oversee food production and quality control of all bread, pastry, and dessert items.;
Prepare all menu items according to standard recipes to ensure consistency.;
Prepare cakes, pastries, cookies, pies, hot and cold desserts and chocolates into finished pieces.;
Check and control proper storage (FIFO), expiration dates, labeling and rotation.;
Ensure HACCP compliance through temperature monitoring and sanitation, maintaining HACCP log and good food safety practices.
