Salary Range: $78,000 - $83,000 per year

Required experience:

at least 1 year of food and beverage leadership experience; at least 2 years of previous management experience within Food and Beverage.

• Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel and discipline restaurant staff; conduct pre‑shift and department meetings.
• Schedule and direct staff work assignments.
• Maximize profitability; implement controls of food, beverage, and labor costs; monitor budget; achieve budgeted revenue and labor expenses.
• Maintain par stock levels, calculate inventory, order, retrieve and stock product; evaluate cost effectiveness and develop cost‑saving and profit enhancement measures.
• Use computers to charge customers, create forecast and revenue reports, draft correspondence; update system procedures and programs.
• Monitor kitchen and service areas; verify temperatures; review product appearance and taste; implement corrective actions.
• Review customer satisfaction; recommend and implement marketing and operational policies; resolve quality and service complaints.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, cleanliness and sanitation of work and service areas.
• Develop and market new creative menus; promote cross‑selling of other hotel outlets and the company.

• At least 2 years of previous management experience within Food and Beverage.
• At least 1 year of food and beverage leadership experience.
