Support daily store operations by partnering with management to deliver exceptional guest experiences and keep the store running smoothly. This role is ideal for a service-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced, engaging retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example to provide outstanding, memorable guest service
- Create a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience
- Support operations including cashiering, inventory, and store organization
- Strong merchandising and organizational skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused
- Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Must be 21+ for liquor sales
- Stand/walk for extended periods; occasional reaching, bending, or climbing
- Lift and move up to 40 lbs
- Eligible for a $250 sign-on bonus ($125 at 90 days, $125 at 180 days)
