Hilton Grand Vacations - - Responsibilities:
Inspect guestrooms, public space and back of the house areas to repair or replace lighting, plumbing, fixtures;
Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical maintenance;
Use hand and power tools to complete tasks;
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and climb ladders up to 30 feet;
Maintain detailed records and inspection logs in English
