Employers Options is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

Route incoming vendor invoices to the proper person for approval.

Enter approved invoices into the Net Suite accounting system.

Set up and maintain Vendor Master Data.

Resolve discrepancies on vendor statements and open purchase orders.

Assist users with GL coding for AP invoices.

Gather invoice support for accruals at the end of the accounting period.

Pull support documentation for annual external audits.

Support the design and enforcement of internal controls as needed.

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Accounts payable processing and reconciliation.

Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency.

Experience with Net Suite or other accounting systems.

Strong data entry and organizational skills.

Knowledge of internal controls and accounting procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
