Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19 - $19 / hour
* What you'll be doing as an Office Clerk:

Assist with daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails

Data entry and record keeping

File forms and documents

Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors

Maintain a neat and organized office environment

Picking up Calls and responding emails

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready Clerical  experience preferred

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Some bookkeeping experience preferred

Flexible and willing to learn

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Bilingual is preferred

Experience with word/Microsoft Typing experience, 10 Key Proficient, Customer service, Phone ettiquette
