We've earned a reputation as one of Hawaiʻi's leading restoration and reconstruction companies. We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Client Care Coordinator (C3) to be the central point of communication for our restoration projects.

What You'll Do:As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary communication hub for every project, ensuring customers, vendors, and internal teams stay informed throughout the restoration process.
You'll coordinate projects from the initial call through final payment while delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their project
- Receive new leads and promptly contact customers
- Create and manage projects within our CRM system
- Coordinate scheduling with field teams and subcontractors
- Schedule Matterport (3D imaging) inspections
- Send and obtain signed contracts, work authorizations, and required documentation
- Collect deposits and process customer payments
- Coordinate mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction activities
- Communicate project timelines, expectations, and status updates
- Request progress billing and coordinate invoicing
- Review project files for accuracy and completeness
