The Assistant Superintendent is responsible to lead, manage and work with all ADC field employees and trades assigned to the project on a daily basis, and ensure that work is performed efficiently and to the highest quality standard.
On-site supervision includes coordinating with the Superintendent, updating trades on the schedule, maintaining a neat, safe, and efficient workplace, and pursuing no-defect construction while meeting budget goals and critical milestones.
