The Hawaii State Department of Education is hiring for the role of IDEA District Support Teacher in Wailuku, Hawaii. This position offers the opportunity to provide educational support to students with disabilities and collaborate with schools to improve educational outcomes through the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs).
Applicants need to have a Bachelor’s Degree and a valid Special Education license. Prior special education classroom experience is also preferred, along with the ability to effectively work under pressure and maintain a positive work pace.
