Job DescriptionPosition: School-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our school-based services team in Maui.
Professional License RequirementsApplicants must have:
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Active state-level licensure as a Behavior Analyst (if applicable)
- Assist with VB-MAPP assessments and program development for students
- Train and guide teachers and ABA coaches in assessment and reinforcement procedures
- Conduct classroom reviews and provide consultation on behavior programs
- Support IEP alignment with VB-MAPP
- Collaborate with ABA coaches and therapists weekly
- Supervise BACB supervises and RBTs as assigned
- Develop programs for natural environment training, social skills, and inclusive practices
- Ensure functional equivalence of FBAs and PBSPs and assist in team delivery
