Position: School-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our school-based services team in Maui.

Applicants must have:

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Active state-level licensure as a Behavior Analyst (if applicable)

• Assist with VB-MAPP assessments and program development for students
• Train and guide teachers and ABA coaches in assessment and reinforcement procedures
• Conduct classroom reviews and provide consultation on behavior programs
• Support IEP alignment with VB-MAPP
• Collaborate with ABA coaches and therapists weekly
• Supervise BACB supervises and RBTs as assigned
• Develop programs for natural environment training, social skills, and inclusive practices
• Ensure functional equivalence of FBAs and PBSPs and assist in team delivery
