Synairgy Mechanical is a leading provider of HVAC and IAQ; installation, servicing and maintaining our market (Maui County) area. We specialize in finding cost-effective solutions for our customers whether they are installing HVAC or other IAQ systems for the first time or expanding their existing systems.

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Maintain purchase order numbers list and maintenance schedules
• Follow up on scheduled jobs to ensure completion or rescheduling
• Maintain communication with technicians in the field
• Assist Service Manager with estimates
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Maintain email

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus
• Excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar, arithmetic and business writing skills.
• Ability to work under time and backlog pressure for extended periods of time.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proven experience in a customer service environment, preferably in HVACR contracting or building services industry.
• Ability to negotiate orders with suppliers to ensure prompt and timely receipt of materials
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
