Nurse Practitioner- FQHC Maui – Solid

Join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Maui, Hawaii, with 140 employees that provide primary care, psychiatry, pediatrics, OB-GYN, and Dentistry services. The group is looking for a Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner who is comfortable seeing patients from adolescence through geriatrics.

• Maui offices:
  Ooka, Lahaina, and Wailuku.
• Patient population: 70% Medicaid, 15% no insurance, 5% Medicare.
• Work a 40-hour workweek in a Patient-Centered Medical Home setting. Be part of the care team with MD, RN, and MA. See 16 to 20 patients per day.
• Clinics are open 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday–Thursday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday; 9:00 AM to noon on Saturday. Share evening and weekend hours with other providers.
• One late evening per week.
• Compensation: $128,750 to $160,000, depending on competency and experience.
• Signing bonus: $10,000. Potential end-of-year bonus up to $10,000.
