Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Synairgy Mechanical is a growing HVAC and indoor air quality company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Maui County. We provide installation, service, maintenance, and comfort solutions with a focus on quality work, clear communication, and dependable customer service.

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and supporting a busy office while building a career in the HVAC industry.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Schedule service and maintenance appointments
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments and schedule updates
• Assist with coordinating technician schedules and daily office operations
• Monitor administrative email and respond or route messages as needed
• Prepare documents, enter data, and maintain organized customer records
• Follow up with customers regarding service, maintenance, and scheduling needs
• Assist customers with past due balances and collect payments when appropriate
• Support the office team with daily administrative tasks
• Handle confidential information with professionalism

• Customer service, receptionist, or administrative office experience
• HVAC, construction, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new software and technology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software
• Professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members
• Reliable, dependable, and customer-focused
