The OpportunityAlpha Inc. is seeking a discreet, observant, and people‑savvy Security Officer to support operations for a subsidiary company at our active work site in Kula. This isn’t your typical guard shack post; we’re looking for someone who brings both presence and purpose to the role.
You’ll be the first point of contact for those entering the site, helping us ensure safety, accountability, and professionalism while balancing approachability and discretion. This role is ideal for someone who understands urgency without becoming authoritarian, builds rapport quickly, reads a situation clearly, and acts with finesse.

- 1 year of experience in security, site monitoring, or related roles preferred

- Balance of urgency and tact—able to act swiftly without being aggressive
- High level of observance, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to stay calm and effective in high‑pressure or evolving scenarios
- Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to the unique environment of Kula
