Start Date:

6-8 weeks following interview
· Primary Function: o Provide day-to-day security in support of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) construction efforts.

· Responsibilities: o Assess, identify, and communicate recommendations for improvements of policies, procedures, or systems. o Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and potential risks. o Draft security incident reports and brief government and civilian agencies, including military senior leaders. o Manage uniformed escort personnel and associated logs. o Assign, train, and brief site security duties. o Ensure timely reporting of security incidents to the site lead.

o Follow and enforce customers’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). o Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Senior Security Representative. o Conduct inspections of materials being delivered for utilization in the construction of secure spaces. o Photograph and continuously monitor the construction of secure spaces. o Document all steps to support final accreditation packets.

· Experience Requirements: o 1-2 years of related experience with Bachelor's o 5 years of related experience without Bachelor's

Experience:

o Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC):
Counts towards 3 years of experience. o Special Program Security Certification (SPSC):
Counts towards 5 years of experience. o Maximum equivalent experience for SPED

Certifications:

No more than 5 years.

· Desired

Experience:

o Knowledgeable on Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 regarding SCIFs and compliance with uniform IC physical and technical security requirements.
