If you’re the kind of person who shows up early, stays alert around equipment, protects the crew, and wants to get better every week—this is for you. You’ll work under a Foreman and alongside experienced operators and pipe crews in a fast‑paced environment where the standard is high and the work matters.

We’re Hawaiʻi‑built and Hawaiʻi‑proud. Our projects shape island communities for generations—so we’re looking for pros who treat every trench, every connection, and every clean‑up like it matters.

Our Core Values
  • Lead with Heart — We take care of people first. That means respect on the jobsite, humility in how we communicate, and the discipline to choose safety and quality over ego.
  • Strength in Unity — We win together: one crew, one plan, one standard. We coordinate, communicate, and back each other up—no silos, no drama.
  • Alpha Mentality — We bring grit and accountability every day. We take ownership, learn fast, and push for excellence in craftsmanship, safety, and production.
What You’ll Do

  • Perform construction labor under the direction of the Foreman (underground utilities + site support).
  • Assemble, connect, and construct pipe systems for storm/sanitary sewers, drains, and water mains.
  • Install and repair water and sewer lines, maintaining alignment and long‑term durability.
  • Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and level earth using hand tools and compactors.
  • Load, unload, transport, and stage tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Operate tools/equipment as qualified.
  • Signal equipment operators for safe alignment/movement and maintain awareness of all jobsite hazards.
  • Flag traffic in/around work zones as needed.
  • Maintain a clean jobsite and clean equipment to eliminate hazards and keep production moving.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Foreman.
Who You Are (high Bar, Values‑fit)
  • You take personal responsibility for safety, quality, and pace—no excuses, no shortcuts.
  • You communicate clearly, stay aware around moving equipment, and look out for the crew.
  • You’re coachable: you ask questions, accept feedback, and improve quickly.
  • You respect Hawaiʻi—our communities, our work sites, and the people impacted by our projects.
What You Bring Must‑haves
  • 1+ year civil construction experience with exposure to pipe/utility installation.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, work on your feet, bend/kneel, and climb on/off/under equipment.
  • Comfort using hand tools and working safely under jobsite/trade safety rules.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to work in a fast‑paced field environment.
Preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
