This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Position: Inventory Clerk

Location: Wailuku, HI

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: Previous inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or stockroom experience preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Type: Full-time;
Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm

Employers Options is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Count, organize, and stock inventory in designated storage locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and spreadsheets.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or replenishment needs.
• Issue tools, supplies, parts, and materials to employees and departments.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Label, organize, and maintain clean, orderly warehouse and storage areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation for receiving, transfers, and inventory transactions.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Experience with inventory management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
