Location: Waimea/Kamuela
Imagine Development LLC on Hawaii's Big Island is seeking a Residential Estimator & Project Coordinator to support preconstruction through execution. This role blends estimating detail with proactive project coordination to keep jobs on schedule and within budget.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in residential estimating or construction operations, Buildertrend experience, and the ability to read architectural drawings. Local residence on the Big Island or willingness to relocate is preferred.
