Auberge Collection’s Mauna Lani resort on Hawaii’s Kohala coast seeks a Concierge Manager to curate unique guest experiences and ensure spectacular stays. You will lead a team, coordinate with departments, and resolve guest concerns with warmth and efficiency.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in guest service/front of house leadership, strong computer skills, and knowledge of Opera & ALICE Suite. Bachelor’s preferred; high school required. A dynamic, adaptable approach is essential.
