Location: Waimea/Kamuela
Auberge Mauna Lani is seeking a Senior Food and Beverage Manager to lead all F&B outlets, in-room dining, bars, and events on-site at the Kohala Coast property. You will drive service excellence, oversee budgets, and partner with the Executive Chef on menu strategy to maximize profitability.
Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of progressive F&B leadership, exceptional communication, and strong knowledge of POS systems. A dynamic, guest-focused leader will thrive in this luxury setting.
