Mauna Kea Resort seeks a Stewarding staff member to perform general cleaning and assist the culinary team in transporting food and supplies to function areas. Responsibilities include operating dishwashing equipment, maintaining clean kitchens, and setting up/breaking down buffet lines for events.
Flexibility to work various shifts, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety policies are required. Dept of Health TB clearance is a must; food safety certification is preferred.
