A tech‑forward, rapidly growing Hawaii Island‑based agricultural company is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead the movement of products from customer order through final delivery across the Hawaiian Islands. This role serves as the operational hub of a rapidly growing farm‑to‑table business, coordinating customer demand, production planning, packhouse operations, transportation, and distribution. The organization leverages modern technology, automation, and AI tools to streamline operations and is looking for a leader who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, improving processes, and developing teams in a fast‑paced environment.

• Manage the end‑to‑end fulfillment process, from customer orders through delivery.
• Coordinate customer demand with production, inventory availability, and shipping schedules.
• Oversee daily packhouse operations and lead a team of approximately 20 employees.
• Manage customer relationships, order fulfillment, service levels, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate inter‑island transportation and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and operational performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Partner with leadership to support business growth and operational excellence initiatives.
• Utilize technology and business systems to drive informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.

• 3+ years team leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, operations, or a related field.
• Previous experience leading operational teams in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, agricultural, food production, or transportation environment.
• Experience managing customer orders, fulfillment activities, and service delivery.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in food distribution, agricultural operations, produce, manufacturing, or perishable goods environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive operational results.
• Comfortable leveraging technology and modern business tools to improve efficiency and performance.
